Listening and caring can save lives. We all experience the ups and downs of life, so let's look after each other and keep our ears and hearts open for our friends or anyone who might be struggling.

We get so caught up in our daily lives that it's easy to forget — or ignore — those suffering in silence. A simple smile or other act of kindness can make a huge difference in the life of someone dealing with emotional issues.
