This animated composite artwork, “Portal in the Cycle of Life,” was exhibited on a large video screen overlooking Hong Kong’s iconic Causeway Bay at the Sogo Crossing from June 16-22, 2025.

An artfully designed doorway from a period home opens to the moody waters of Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Ocean, where tides and time have gently sculpted these limestone shores over thousands of years.

This composite artwork combines the distinctive Burren landscape, a classic Irish home entrance, and an aerial view of the Atlantic Ocean’s ever-undulating waves to create a timeless and soothing escape from everyday life.
